– The options for establishments are varied in Istanbul and Cappadocia. In addition to the hotels we offer, passengers will be able to choose their own hotel according to their specific categories.

– Is travel insurance included in the package?

– Travel insurance must be purchased separately by the passenger. If you are interested, we have travel insurance packages. Please communicate about it with our team.

– What should I report to Guide service in Turkey before making my trip?

-The passenger must inform the arrival time in Istanbul with the flight number and departure time for Turkey. The shuttle service will be organized based on this information. If there is an error in the information presented, we will not be responsible. Please pay attention to your arrival and departure tickets.

What is the value of the “11 days for Turkey” package?

– The value of this package is 1015 USD (925 Euros)  per person.  For us to confirm the services of this package, we need to receive at least 20% of the amount in advance. The package will only be effective after payment.

– What are the forms of payment?

-If the customer wants to pay by credit card only once, in this case, the amount will be 1015 USD (925 Euros) . For a group of 10 or 20 people, we can see the availability of an even greater discount.

– will I have the chance to take the balloon flight in Cappadocia by purchasing this package, ?

-Yes. With this package, you will have the chance to take the wonderful balloon flight through Cappadocia. However, this tour is optional and the amount must be paid locally.

Note * The tour will only be scheduled after confirmation of the package.

– If I choose to purchase the tour, at what time could I fly the balloon?

-If you choose to fly, we can do the balloon ride in the morning on the first day in Cappadocia, around 5:00 am. If it is not possible to schedule, we will reschedule for the next morning.

The company responsible for the balloon ride will pick you up and your companions at the hotel and you will be taken to the takeoff location.

Note * At the takeoff location, we will offer breakfast;

Note 2 * Due to the high demand, the tour during the second morning is not guaranteed during high season. If any deadlock occurs, there will be a refund.

– Are balloon rides always guaranteed?

– No. Due to the wind condition, the tour may be canceled.

In this case, the amount charged will be fully refunded to the passenger. Our guide will help you to receive the refund. He will communicate the company and organize the return.

– How will I know if the balloon flight will happen?

– Our guide will inform you the day before whether the tour will take place or not. If released, he will confirm your spot and inform you of pick-up times.

– How will the balloon ride be charged?

– The company responsible for the tour will go to the hotel where you and your companions will be staying to register and charge. Throughout this process, the guide will help you.

Note * Sometimes, for logistical reasons, the company prefers to receive payment at the takeoff location.

– What clothes should I use for the balloon ride?

– It is good to remember that even in the summer, the Cappadocia region is quite cold in the morning. So, bring a sweater and wear comfortable clothes.

– When is the winter season in Turkey? Is it possible to do the balloon ride even this season?

– Yes. Although the winter in Turkey lasts from the beginning of December to the end of February and is quite severe, it is possible to take the tour during the season.

– How long does the balloon flight last?

– The balloon flight lasts 1h 20. However, the entire process (tour, transfer, coffee and return to the hotel) takes an average of 3 hours.

After the balloon ride, what time will I return to the hotel?

– Around 8 am, you and your companions will be back to have breakfast at the hotel and prepare to leave for the programmed tour included in the package.

– How long is the journey from Ankara to the Cappadocia region?

-This route has 290 km and lasts an average of 3h40.

– How long is the journey from Cappadocia to Pamukkale including the passage through Konya?

– This route has 650 km and lasts an average of 10 am with visits and technical stops. Practically, we spent the day on the bus.

– Does the vehicle that will be available for travel have air conditioning?

– We have a very modern fleet. Therefore, all our cars have air conditioning.

– Which car will be used during the tours?

The vehicle varies depending on the number of people in the group. Sometimes, during the low season, we use a Mercedes Vito, but almost always the services are offered in Mercedes Benz Sprinter cars. In the case of buses, we use Mercedes or Safir with seats for more than 40 spaces.

– Will the budget vary according to the hotels chosen?

– Yes. If you don’t change the hotels, the price will be the same as advertised on our website. We are able to offer a wide range of hotels in Istanbul and Cappadocia by choosing the higher options. In this case, the customer can choose a hotel and we will calculate the price difference.

– Do the hotels in the package have breakfast and free internet?

– Yes. All hotels in the package have good infrastructure and offer free connection to their guests. Breakfast is also included.

– Will the guided tours be group or private?

-The tours in this package are programmed in a group. We have another options with a private guide.

-In Which category are the accommodations ?

-The hotels are of 4 or 5 star category. We also offer boutique hotels, which is a lodging format with establishments run by Turkish families.

– How are the hotel facilities?

-About the facilities of the hotels of the first option: comfortable, but not luxurious. The hotels we work in have a very good rating from our customers.

It is good to remember that we do not seek to offer hotels with spacious rooms that have a leisure infrastructure similar to hotels in Orlando or Miami. The hotels we provide are suitable for tourism in the city and for a comfortable night’s rest.

– How will the trip to Pamukkale be made: car, bus or plane?

– The trip from Cappadocia to Pamukkale will be made in our vehicle according to the number of people in the group. This route offers the opportunity to get to know the interior of Turkey a little. The trip is not tiring, as we usually make stops along the way. Another thing that requires us to do this stretch by land, is that we do not have a direct flight to this city from Cappadocia.

What will be done about the balloon ride in case of cancellation? How many “attempts” will be offered?

– As for the balloon ride, we will have two mornings to try to get this activity right.

Following the package schedule, your tour will be scheduled for the first morning. If the flight is not possible on the first morning, we will try again the next day. However, in high season, this becomes almost impossible due to high demand.

In case of cancellation on both days, there will be a refund.

– What meals are included?

-We offer breakfast at hotels throughout the package. On days in Ankara, Cappadocia, Pamukkale and Ephesus, we offer included lunches without a drink.

In Cappadocia (2 nights), Pamukkale, Ephesus and Çanakkale we offer dinners at hotels.

We will have lunches on visiting days in Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Ephesus and Troy.

Note * If it is a differentiated hotel or “cave category” in Cappadocia, we will not have dinner included.

Note2 * Drink consumption is not included in the aforementioned lunches and dinners.

Would it be good to add another day off in Istanbul?

– We actually recommend a few more days in Istanbul after returning from the city of Ephesus.

If you want, we can put another day in Istanbul adding to the value of the package of transfer services and accommodation for one more night.

Will you be staying in Ephesus on the eighth day?

– No. Ephesus is the name of the tourist site. Today, there is no city with this name. For this reason, we put the name of the municipality where this tourist site is located. In reality, the accommodation will be in Kusadasi or Izmir (optional).

Will you be staying in Tróia on the ninth day?

-No. Troia is the name of the tourist site. There is no city with this name. For this reason, we put the name of the municipality. In reality, the accommodation will be in Çanakkale.

How long does Ferry return take? What can we do on this free afternoon?

– Ferry crossing is fast and does not last even half an hour. Only on this day we will do 315 km of road, lasting five hours to our hotel in Istanbul.

Once you arrive in Istanbul, you will have the afternoon free to do personal activities.

What will I spend during this trip?

– You will practically spend on meals in Istanbul and nothing else. In Cappadocia we will have the optional balloon tour and Turkish dance show. You can pay for these options locally. In addition to these expenses, during the meals included you will spend your drinks. Just it!

Gilson Andrade .

Olá Daniel. Já estamos de volta em Istambul. Foi tudo ótimo. No domingo seguimos viagem. O voo sai por volta do meio-dia.

Ana Caldeira
